An exclusive small group training experience in our premium gym facility featuring a blend of strength and functional exercises that utilize all of DMN8’s state of the art gym equipment.

LIFT Semi-Private

DMN8 LIFT is a result’s based strength class. This dynamic, small group training features compound movements, targeted exercises, and a mix of hypertrophy, strength, and power techniques with focused attention from your trainer.
In this 50-minute session you'll spend 15 minutes at two weight stations with up to seven of your closest mates while listening to vibey tunes and setting new PRs.

PERFORM

An advanced HIIT workout that will challenge you physically and mentally from start to finish.
Perform will torch your entire body, incorporating cardio, strength, plyometrics and athletic movements over 4 rounds.
An extreme version of DMN8's signature HIIT workout utilizing our premium indoor studio & equipment.

MAT PILATES

Feel the burn in our 50-minute pilates mat class. Here you will this low-impact, high-sweat format we will utilize low weights and booty bands to target small muscle groups.

CANDLELIGHT YIN YOGA

This class combines deep stretching of the body and gentle relaxing of the mind. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues helping to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.

YOGA

DMN8 Yoga is a 50-minute musically-driven power vinyasa flow designed to take your yoga practice to new heights. This class will leave your body feeling stronger, your mind clear, and your soul rejuvenated.
All experience levels are welcome.

PILATES SCULPT

Using pilates principles, pilates sculpt classes are designed to be medium/high intensity with low- medium impact movements. Ex: donkey kicks, standing arm sequences, glute bridges at a quicker pace than traditional mat pilates.
Pilates sculpt is the ultimate full body burn, consisting of 3 parts: muscle toning, muscle lengthening, and cardiovascular training.

YOGA SCULPT

An upbeat class focusing on strength, mobility, endurance and cardio! Elements of yoga, mobility, breathe work and low impact strength building that sculpts you like no other class can.

HIIT

A full body HIIT workout that will get your endorphins going. With more of a focus on cardio, this high energy class is sure to brighten your day & torch some serious calories.
